Hey everyone, thanks for joining us today. A lot of people have been asking us lately about the real estate market in Colorado Springs, and what the latest numbers are.

While summer has been slow to heat up, the real estate market has not. We've had an incredibly strong spring and June is heading in the same direction. Here are some of the latest statistics for Colorado Springs:

• Our overall sales are up 24.3% from last year
• Unsold homes are down 27.9%
• Our inventory is down 42%. We have just over 2 months of inventory available, which is staggeringly low
• The Average sales price is up 13.9%

If you have considered selling in the last few years, but your home's value wasn't quite where you wanted it to be, we think you will be pleasantly surprised to see what your home is worth now. Homes in the $200,000- $300,000 range are selling quickly and for a great price.
